St. Nick’s Knife Factory, Inc. is a privately, locally, and veteran-owned business owned by Kenny Winter that has been operating since 1993. We have been in the knife retail business for over 30 years. Initially starting in Huntsville, Alabama, Mr. Winter expanded his business to cover both northern Alabama and the Gulf Coast region with a store in Orange Beach. Eventually, he moved permanently to the Gulf Coast of Alabama and sold his stores in northern Alabama to his son, Kenny Jr, who still runs St. Nick’s in Athens, Alabama. In 2004, hurricane Ivan blew down Mr. Winter’s store in Orange Beach, which resulted in him moving his store to the Tanger Outlets in Foley, Alabama, where it remains to this day.

Our staff is committed to providing excellent service to our customers while showcasing one of Alabama's largest selections of knives. We have folding and fixed knives that range from budget-friendly to more high-end. Additionally, we offer a wide selection of quality kitchen cutlery at every price point. We also carry swords for anyone from the collector to the cosplayer or practitioner. We have quite a few miscellaneous items as well, such as nunchucks, pepper spray, tasers, lighters, and more.
